The Plaza Hub Hotel, located at 7 Clifton Terrace, will been refurbished and redesigned by Spacebrand following a spending of more than £2 million. Project management company Fitzsimons will be in charge of the change. The hotel did add Copeland’s VX4 Smart Thermostats in accordance with IHG’s Journey to Tomorrow ESG vow. By adjusting HVAC use based on ownership cameras, AI-driven systems help to maximize energy performance. In order to provide temporary accommodation, the Capitol Hub Hotel may work with the City of Edinburgh Council and Bethany Trust to maintain its social obligation work. The hotel will contribute £1 per night for a limited period of time to Action Against Hunger as part of the Garner reboot.
