Conrad Monterrey, a 21-story beach resort in Lima’s Miraflores city, and Conrad Lima, a 21-story lodge set to open in northeastern Mexico in the coming years, have been signed by Hilton. Hilton signed many live product hotels in 2025, including Sozo Paramaribo, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Mexico, Casa di Sirena Sao Paulo Pinheiros, Curio Collection by Hilton in Brazil, Almare Beach Resort Las Terrenas, Curio Collection by Hilton in Colombia, and Chelsea Bogota Parque 93, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Colombia. By the year 2026, Hilton intends to start Casa Costa Ilhabela, Curio Collection by Hilton in Brazil, Montara Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Costa Rica, and two Motto by Hilton resorts: Guadalajara Centro Historico and Recife Antigo in Mexico. Hilton described industry successes for a number of companies in the area. The Hilton Caracol Canela DoubleTree opened in Rio Grande do Sul, the Hilton Spark Spark in Puerto Rico, the Tru Chillán Ferrat in Chile, and Hampton in the St. Thomas Islands, which both have locations. Two Hampton by Hilton resorts are planned for Guadalajara and Monterrey, along with new Tru by Hilton components opening in Mexico and Honduras.
