Nobu Beach Inn, a hotel and residential growth with a 400 acre lot and two miles of seaside, is a new location for Nobu Hospitality, according to new information. It is located on the west coast of Barbuda. The Nobu Beach Inn may have 36 bedrooms spread across 17 personal villas, as well as a beach club, beach swimming, indoor and outdoor resort, kids club, outdoor theatre, two tennis courts, two padel courts, and a gym pavilion. An oceanfront pan with local catch and an omakase rice club are available for dining. The single-story bungalows will be built using sustainable, organic materials and linked by gravel paths. Design is expected to be finished by the end of 2026. A kitesurfing, waterskiing, and dinghy sailing facility may be located on the property. For excursions to nearby islands, beach picnics, fishing trips, scuba diving journeys, and sunset cruises, there will be boats and motor boats available. Additionally, the blog will host onsite healthcare experts, DJs, fitness instructors, and chefs. 25 seaside apartments will be included in the development, each with four or five bedrooms and connected by lakes, gardens, and pathways. Owners may have access to Nobu Beach Inn’s services and amenities, and they may even rent out their homes through the hotel’s rental plan. Starting at$ 12 million USD, residences begin. Nobu Barbuda, a cafe and lounge on Princess Diana Beach, opened in 2020 and is situated close to the new growth.
