Managers at AirBnB have been considering launching a loyalty program for centuries, and now the company has finally put the test results in. CEO Brian Chesky stated during the revenue phone last week that the business is testing various strategies. We are really testing a lot of different paths, Chesky continued. We are testing various advantages that might be associated with the commitment system. And we’ll eventually offer those tests and transfer the loyalty program based on those tests ‘ findings.” Chesky noted that the company reported solid growth without a loyalty program or sponsored ads.
