The site hotel’s repairs will be undertaken in partnership with its longtime users, Frank and Gina Day. Opened on New Year’s Eve in 1908, the Hotel Boulderado has been a popular feature of the Boulder area for over 116 times. Its unique infrastructure, combined with its important role in the town’s history, has made it more than just a resort, it symbolizes Boulder’s unique character and appeal. The future renovations, according to commence later this month, aim to enhance the tourist experience while preserving the hotel’s structural splendor and traditional legacy. Upon completion, the revitalized Hotel Boulderado may join the Student by Hilton set, while its brand and name structural components may become preserved. The resort will be open during the reconstruction period.
