Lender Aareal Bank has completed a €567 million ability to mortgage a collection of seven hotels spread across four European nations for Archer Hotel Capital. Read more here. The payment refinances seven resort properties in Europe: Sheraton Stockholm, Hilton Schiphol Airport, Conrad Dublin, and Royal Saint-Honoré Paris, Renaissance Paris Vendôme, Renaissance La Défense Paris, Renaissance Amsterdam, and Renaissance Amsterdam. The majority of the property in the Marriott franchise collection are managed by Archer, and two are handled by Hilton. More than 2, 000 areas make up the parameters. The funding will also cover ESG-focused capital spending aimed at achieving the majority of the portfolio’s property ‘ highest possible sustainability recognitions.
