Raffles Hotels &, Hotels will be the brand’s first residence in Italy, according to Accor’s plans to relocate to Lake Como. Raffles Lake Como, which was developed in partnership with CL Resorts and has UniCredit as its economic partner, is scheduled to launch in 2027. The past Grand Hotel Imperiale, an Art Nouveau mansion from the 1920s with one of the region’s largest hotel shores, will undergo a full restoration and change. The resort, which is situated on the western banks of Lake Como in Moltrasio, will be built to resemble the style of Raffles and the liveliness of European culture. The residence will have 84 areas, most of which may have opinions of the lakes, including 18 suites and 2 villas. Along with the hotel’s renowned Long Bar and Writers Bar, the hotel will also be able to offer a number of unique lakeside cooking activities. In addition to the above, there will be indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa and fitness center, and a beach team. A unique appearance and check-in practice from the waters will be provided.
