Cendyn revamps brand image and launches AI revenue package

Germany: Customer engagement platform Cendyn has unveiled a new brand identity and launched a consolidated Revenue Growth Package.

Cendyn’s Revenue Growth Package is a collection of integrated solutions, enabling hoteliers to find new guests, encourage direct bookings, and grow revenue.

Powered by artificial intelligence, it ranks hotels through metasearch and paid search strategies to utilise competitive pricing for the hotel’s target audience.

Leveraged alongside Cendyn’s CRM, hoteliers will be able to deploy personalised marketing offers for experiences as well as targeted social media and multi-channel ad campaigns.

Jack Blaha, CEO of Cendyn, said: “Cendyn has massively evolved over the past couple of years, taking time to develop a fully integrated platform following the acquisition of a number of key technology partners.”

In October 2023, Cendyn acquired the hotel customer relationship management platform PushTECH and two months prior, acquired digital marketing agency WIHP. In 2022, it acquired the booking engine Digital Hotelier.

Blaha added: “Our new visual identity captures the momentum and growth which hotels can achieve through our extensive range of products and services. It’s important that every guest interaction provides an opportunity to nurture relationships as well as maximise profit. Our integrated technology underpins these relationships to help hoteliers make sense of digital marketing and create deeper human connections for continual success.

“By using AI to create audiences, identifying and communicating with people who should be your customers, hotels are able to allocate marketing budgets in a more targeted manner, spending it where it makes the most difference and converts the most profitable revenue,” he said.

Headquartered in the US, Cendyn currently serves over 32,000 hotel customers in more than 150 countries.
