Bocagrande (big mouth) beach in Cartagena. This is the view when you walk from the old, walled city towards the hotels and apartment buildings in Bocagrande.
HDR of three handheld shots processed using Photomatix 4 beta. The challenge here is that Photomatix made the rocks way too red, so used Viveza 2 to cool them down, although they still don’t look like the real rocks. I decided to use the Photomatix image because the RAW where the rocks are well exposed has a white sky. Played with Viveza to brightenthe buildings, and Tonal Contrast on the buildings and rocks, not the clouds. Also used unsharp mask with radius 1.5 to increase the sharpness of the buildings.
