Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown completes renovation

NASHVILLE, TN – Marriott International, Inc. announced the 192-room Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown has completed renovations to its guest rooms, corridors and fitness center. The newly refreshed hotel, located at 170 4th Avenue North is owned by BRE Hotels and Resorts of New York and managed by Marriott International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland. The renovation includes new carpeting, wall vinyl, paint, and furniture in the guest rooms, new carpeting in the public areas, as well as a refurbished fitness center.

Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown offers guests tremendous charm and character, as well as being situated in an ideal location. The 12-story hotel was originally constructed as a bank in 1927 and located in Printer’s Alley just a short walk from Broadway. The highly desirable location provides convenient access to Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Centennial Park and Nissan Stadium.

The hotel’s guest rooms were refreshed with new carpeting, furniture, artwork, wall coverings, and draperies. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts through the HDTV.
