NASHVILLE, TN – Marriott International, Inc. announced the 192-room Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown has completed renovations to its guest rooms, corridors and fitness center. The newly refreshed hotel, located at 170 4th Avenue North is owned by BRE Hotels and Resorts of New York and managed by Marriott International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland. The renovation includes new carpeting, wall vinyl, paint, and furniture in the guest rooms, new carpeting in the public areas, as well as a refurbished fitness center.

The 12-story hotel was originally constructed as a bank in 1927 and located in Printer’s Alley just a short walk from Broadway. The hotel’s guest rooms were refreshed with new carpeting, furniture, artwork, wall coverings, and draperies.
