Worthington has a proven track record of inspiring development for the relationship and has a long-standing voluntary role in the HFTP community. He played a key role in the development and launch of Entrepreneur 20X ( E20X ), HFTP’s hospitality technology startup pitch competition, during his tenure as HFTP Global President ( 2014 ). E20X has grown to be a premier event at HITEC ® branded events since its inception, showcasing the most cutting-edge technologies in the hospitality sector and giving startups a platform to gain visibility among industry leaders. Worthington is now the head of the 2026 HITEC Advisory Council. This group of highly competent industry veterans from all over the world contribute their skills to the planning and cooperation of the conference’s educational program.
