Dalata Hotel Group has officially opened its property in Brighton – Maldron Hotel Brighton – which boasts 226 guestrooms with a waterfront view and has created 65 new jobs.
The four-star hotel is located just a three-minute walk from Brighton Centre, a 13-minute walk from the train station and 25 minutes from Gatwick airport by car.
It also benefits from executive rooms, a bar, a Grain and Grill restaurant, onsite gym and five meeting rooms.
This latest opening is Dalata’s 56th hotel and is one of four new hotels openings this year across the UK, as the group aims to expand its portfolio.
Maldron Hotel Brighton was developed by Topland Group and built by Cfield Construction, which has obtained a sustainability certification that places the hotel in the top 10% of new non-domestic buildings in the UK for best practice in environmental performance.
It also boasts a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
