Dalata officially opens Maldron Hotel Manchester amid UK expansion

Dalata Hotel Group has announced the official opening of its second Maldron Hotel in Manchester, which has created 32 new jobs.

The 188-bedroom hotel features the brand’s Grain and Grill restaurant and a Red Bean Roastery coffee dock. It also features two meeting rooms for business travellers. 

Maldron Hotel Manchester Cathedral Quarter, which is Dalata’s fourth hotel in the city, adds to a portfolio which includes Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport, Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre on Portland Street, and Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre on Charles Street. 

The new four-star hotel is also the group’s 54th hotel and the first of four new Maldron branded hotels set to open across the UK this summer.

The next three Maldron openings will be in Shoreditch, Brighton and Liverpool.
