Dominus, a real estate investment and management company, has launched Dominus Hospitality, a resort management program designed to expand its profile. The program is a part of Dominus ‘ plan to increase hotel hotel revenue by more than £100 million by 2026. The Dominus Hospitality management team, which is led by Matt Williams, the hotel director, and is anchored by Preet Ahluwalia, the deputy director of Dominus, has seven executives who cover revenue, marketing, finance, and operations. A proper mentor, Martin Quinn, will guide the team’s investment technique and capital partnerships. With a very experienced top team in place to help the ambitious development strategy, Aluwalia added:” This is an exciting moment for Dominus Hospitality, which has developed 15 resorts since 2011 and owns and operates five qualities under the Hilton and Marriott brands. Dominus Hospitality will now be in charge of the components. The Dixon, Autograph Collection in Tower Bridge, and Lost Property, Curio Collection by Hilton in St Paul’s are two examples of these resorts in London. Oxford and Bath are home to more attributes, and all five resorts are Green Key certified. Dominus has four different resorts under construction in London, including the conversion of a previous lender business into a 237-room Curio Collection by Hilton on Great Tower Street.
