Earn up to 75,000 Air Canada Aeroplan points by donating to Miles4Migrants

The Air Canada Aeroplan program is offering bonus points to celebrate World Refugee Day when you donate to the charity Miles4Migrants.

Miles4Migrants helps vulnerable and forcibly displaced individuals from countries like Afghanistan and Ukraine with donated points and miles, travel vouchers and cash. The charity has helped more than 43,000 people in need, with more than 775 million miles donated.

This is already a worthy cause, and now Aeroplan is making donations even more rewarding.

For every $100 donated to Miles4Migrants through Dec. 31, Aeroplan members will receive 7,500 points, up to a maximum of 75,000 points. This means a $99 donation will not earn any Aeroplan points, a $199 donation will earn 7,500 points and a $200 donation will earn 15,000 points.

Members must donate $1,000 to earn the full 75,000 Aeroplan points. Per TPG’s June 2024 valuations, Aeroplan points are worth 1.5 cents each, meaning those 75,000 points would be valued at $1,125, which is enough to cover a business-class flight to Europe on Star Alliance carriers like United Airlines, Lufthansa and Swiss.

Through this limited-time opportunity, you could acquire Aeroplan points for a reasonable price while also donating to a great cause — it’s a win-win situation.

Aeroplan members can also donate the points they receive for their $100 donations back to the charity if they wish, or they can keep the points for future travel.

To take advantage of this generous offer and help a worthy charity, donate here before Dec. 31. It’s important to note that only 18,750,000 bonus Aeroplan points will be distributed, so give quickly if you want bonus points.
