Elite Hotels’ The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne has unveiled The Garden Grill, which offers all-day dining, with breakfast from 7am to 10:30am daily, and lunch and dinner served from 12:30pm to 8:30pm.
The Garden Grill has been described as a beautiful space with high ceilings, period style, a lively and informal atmosphere, which will serve modern takes on traditional British favourites.
According to Elite Hotels, the restaurant has an airy feel, an “animated but relaxed” ambience, and appealing children’s and plant-based menus.
Executive head chef, Hrvoje Loncarevic, boasts a signature style, which has been influenced by cuisines from across the world.
Loncarevic said: “Our dishes are designed to be more accessible to a broader audience, including families. At the Garden Grill, we aim to become a real culinary hotspot in our region, offering everything from classic British favourites to exquisite locally-sourced cuisine.
“We take great pride in sourcing our ingredients close to home, ensuring the freshest catch, and also showcasing our considerable commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.”
The Garden Grill’s all-day dining offering is available for both guests at The Grand Hotel and Eastbourne visitors.
