The business travel system confirmed that its first female head had stepped down due to ongoing commitments as chief executive of the Gray Dawes Group. Mervyn Williamson, chairman of Corporate Travel Management UK and recent BTA officer and manager, will move in as interim head until September while the company undergoes a proper process to nominate a new chair.
