Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol proudly announces the appointment of Miguel Baltazar as Executive Chef, bringing over a decade of culinary expertise and a passion for creating masterful dishes to the resort’s dining experiences. Set to open in early 2024 on Mexico’s Baja peninsula, the resort will feature a modern hacienda-style village with three distinctive restaurants, five bars, and a culinary hub called Mercado.
