Vietnam/Thailand: Wellness-inspired lifestyle hospitality brand Fusion Hotel Group will soon launch a new loyalty programme fusionlife which will offer members booking discounts, stay credits, and on-property benefits.
Members of fusionlife will have access to benefits including discounts on F&B and spa, stay credit, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, a guaranteed late check-out service until 2pm, and potential room upgrades depending on availability.
The new fusionlife loyalty program is open for enrolment from 25 June 2024.
For the first four days of its launch, newly-registered members will be eligible for exclusive discounts and benefits, including a 50 percent room rate discount, applied for all room types and stay period until 31 Dec 2024.
David Roberts, COO of Fusion Hotel Group, said: “The fusionlife programme is a natural step following our recent growth and answers the desire of our regular guests to return to our hotels and resorts where they feel at home. We want to reward our most loyal guests by providing the best room rates, benefits, amazing local experiences as well as new destination discovery opportunities through fusionlife membership.”
The program will roll out across the group’s 23 properties in Vietnam and Thailand.
Last year, Fusion introduced its ninth brand HIIVE, which debuted in Vietnam.
