UK: Boutique hospitality group GuestHouse Hotels will open its fourth property in Brighton this autumn.
No.124 by GuestHouse, Brighton is housed within four Regency-style townhouses – two Georgian and two Victorian – on Brighton seafront. It features 32 rooms spread across five floors, half of which are located at the front of the hotel offering views of the old West Pier.
The hotel will open with an outdoor terrace, the Pearly Cow restaurant, FieldTrip Spa, and several wedding, meeting and event spaces.
The 65-cover restaurant Pearly Cow provides private dining for up to 12 people in an adjacent room, while the outdoor terrace bar is served by an outdoor kitchen with a wood fired oven.
An indoor bar-lounge area seats up to 22 guests with a connected games room. At the centre of the building is a courtyard with glass ceiling which can be booked for private events, seating up to 30 people.
Accessed via a dedicated rear entrance or through the hotel is the FieldTrip Spa which features three treatment rooms and two double treatment rooms.
Brand signatures for GuestHouse also include The Pantry, a self-serve station with snacks and sweets on the first floor, a vinyl record library in reception, and in-room Crosley record players.
The Brighton property joins three other GuestHouse hotels in Bath, Margate and York.
