The VIP (very important pet) enhanced program is designed in collaboration with the Montreal concierge service for pets, Pawsome, and will provide an elevated and safe pet-friendly experience for all furry friends while staying at Hotel X Toronto.
Upon arrival, pets will be greeted with a gift bag featuring top pet products, including an Earth Rated poop bag dispenser, bone broth, a stylish bandana, a fetch toy, a bag of premium dry dog treats, a lick mat, and the Pawsome Service Menu Card featuring pet-friendly suggestions around the city. For a truly memorable time, owners can opt in for pet portrait photography by Posh Pets.
Specialty pet perks include walk adventures, in-room sitting, pet massages and spa treatments at an additional cost, so pets can enjoy a pet-cation while their owners enjoy a worry-free vacation.
Hotel X Toronto is dedicated to prioritizing pets’ well-being and the Pawsome Concierge team includes experienced professionals trained in pet first aid and CPR, ensuring the safest care and experiences for pets.
