Worldwide: Hotel representation company HotelREZ has added 74 international properties in the first half of 2024, with reservations up per property by 23.9 per cent compared to January-May 2023.
In the UK, HotelREZ has added new hotel partners in cities such as London, Bath, and Edinburgh.
Additions include the Rathbone Hotel in London, the 48-room Roseate House London (part of Roseate Hotels & Resorts), and the soon-to-open Resident Edinburgh – the sixth Resident Hotel property to partner with HotelREZ.
In Europe, new additions include:
• otelREZ (Portugal)
• Lx SoHo Boutique Hotel (Portugal)
• Dorint Hotels (Switzerland and Germany)
• First Hotels (Norway)
Expansion in Canada and the USA includes the Vitality and LuxUrban hotel groups, which cater to business and leisure travellers in major cities.
The signings come as hotel revenue increased in April and May, up 16.3 per cent compared to April-May 2023. Between January and May 2024, reservations received per property, up 23.9 per cent compared to January-May 2023.
