ISO’s Atlantic reservation system takes EuroParcs to travel agencies

NURENBERG – The Dutch holiday accommodation provider EuroParcs has implemented the new reservation system Atlantic from ISO Travel Solutions. As a result, EuroParcs can now offer its travel products and services through traditional travel agencies.

To enable EuroParcs to sell its products and services through travel agencies, ISO Travel Solutions has implemented a connection to the market-leading comparison portal and reservation system Amadeus Bistro/TOMA. The offer data is provided by ISO’s reservation system Atlantic and pulled from EuroParcs’ own inventory system. This system operates at the company’s head office in the Netherlands and delivers its data via the Dutch channel manager Qenner. ISO Travel Solutions has therefore developed an interface to Qenner, which is widely used in the Dutch market.

The new ISO Atlantic reservation system offers a lean, dynamic packaging solution combined with a high level of usability. It is easily accessible and does not require lengthy training of back-office staff. The user interface can literally be mastered on the go. Atlantic is based on a modern MACH architecture for the application of flexibly connected microservices via APIs, such as ISO’s quote & order management, agency management and reporting tools. This means that the system can be customized to meet the needs of virtually any tour operator.

Dennis Schulte, Sales Manager Rental Business DACH at EuroParcs B.V.: “For EuroParcs it is an important strategic step to enter the world of travel agencies in addition to direct sales. With ISO Travel Solutions we have found the right partner to implement the technical solutions needed. It was particularly important for us that the new Atlantic reservation system could be easily integrated into our existing processes, so that our wide range of travel offers can reach an even wider market. We also wanted to offer travel agents the option of working in their familiar systems, which is now possible thanks to the integrated interface.”

Markus Kretschmer, Managing Director of ISO Travel Solutions GmbH: “This project contains important firsts. We have successfully introduced Atlantic to the market and at the same time created a universal connection to the Qenner Channel Manager. This opens new market opportunities for other customers of the Qenner system. Atlantic’s flexible MACH architecture allows our customers to create individual and seamless distribution solutions. We are very pleased that the launch of our new reservation system has been so successful.”
