JRK Property Holdings Acquires Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines for $165 Million

JRK Property Holdings, through its $350 million Hospitality Fund, has acquired the 394&room Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA from Braemar Hotels & Resorts for $165 million.
