Kerzner International has announced the opening of Siro One Za’abeel, the inaugural hotel under its new wellness brand Siro.
Situated within the One Za’abeel development in Dubai, Siro One Za’abeel offers a guest experience focused on fitness and recovery, centred around five core pillars: nutrition, fitness, sleep, recovery and mindfulness.
The hotel features a dedicated Fitness Lab, with specialised studios for training sessions, as well as a Cycle Studio. The Recovery Lab, located on the 31st floor, offers a further escape from the bustling city below. Comprising a spacious yoga studio with floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a dedicated pilates room, the Lab is also home to specialised rooms offering the likes of IV therapy, red light therapy, sound and vibration therapy, and cryotherapy. The space also features separate male and female-only zones, each complete with infrared saunas, steam rooms, thermo-regulated cold plunge pools and relaxation areas.

It’s our incubator concept, a merging of science and innovation to create a space that not only positively blurs the lines of wellness and hospitality but also brings together a community of like-minded individuals who want to enjoy the immediate benefits of fitness while future-proofing their health.”
Guestrooms meanwhile exude tranquillity through minimalist decor with neutral tones. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, offering panoramic views of the city skyline, while technology enhances the guest experience, like motorised blackout blinds and thermo-regulating mattresses to ensure optimal sleep conditions by cooling core body temperatures. Each room is equipped with an in-room recovery cabinet, stocked with an exercise ball, stretch bands, meditation cushion, yoga mat and stretch ladder. Televisions have been replaced with projectors, offering access to virtual recovery sessions, including stretch and yoga classes, projected onto a large wall for immersive wellness experiences.
Siro One Za’abeel offers six Fitness Suites and six Recovery Suites, providing ample space for guests to optimise their training and recovery. The Recovery Suites feature spacious living areas, complemented by a therapy bed for in-room treatments. By contrast, the Fitness Suites feature a mini private gym equipped with a stationary bike, treadmill, suspension training system, free weights and a boxing bag with gloves.
While the Dubai outpost is the first of the Siro portfolio, further destinations are planned for Boka Place, Montenegro; Tokyo, Japan; and Cabo, Mexico.
