Kettal unveils Passage by Ronan Bouroullec

Kettal is placing the spotlight on Passage, a furniture collection envisioned by designer Ronan Bouroullec.

With a name that suggests movement and transition, the series is versatile in its offering. Seamlessly moving from one place to another, it can be installed indoors or outdoors, displayed in a public space such as a café terrace, or discreetly placed in guestrooms or suites in an urban or natural setting.

At first sight, the chair seems simple in its design. A closer look at the details however unveils its technical sophistication, the high quality of the welds, the precision of the joints and the finesse of the backrest. The Passage chair comprises an aluminium structure, over which is a backrest made from a single piece of extruded aluminium. The seat can also be made from wood, fabric, rope, webbing or straw, giving the collection a unique versatility.
