Lifestyle brand Verdi Hotels to launch this summer

EMEA: Operating independently within Corinthia Hotels Group, Verdi Hotels is an upscale lifestyle brand which will roll out across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Verdi Hotels aims to combine quality, technology, and sustainable touch points, launching initial properties in Malta and Hungary.

Examples of the brand’s technology deployment includes a snack shop with ‘Just Walk Out Technology’ which detects when products are removed or returned to shelves, with automatic charging to the relevant guest room at point of check out.

The first locations for Verdi Hotels include:

• Verdi Gzira Waterfront, Malta – 106 bedrooms including five suites, the property will also offer meeting rooms, a gym, Scandi-style sauna, and an indoor and outdoor splash pool.

• Verdi Budapest Aquincum, Hungary – 310 rooms with eight suites, a thermal water spa, and 14 flexible meeting rooms with total capacity for 300 people.

• Verdi St George’s Bay Marina, Malta – 200 rooms with 11 suites, an outdoor pool, and two meeting rooms. Guests will also have access to all the facilities at the Corinthia St George’s Bay including four outdoor pools plus a private lido and water sports centre.
