Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa debuts new restaurant

The Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa has announced the opening of its new restaurant, the Falls Brasserie.

The new Falls Brasserie has been designed to complement its sister restaurant, Mizu.

Under the direction of a new kitchen team, it said the restaurant’s menu “seamlessly blends traditional British cuisine with contemporary flair”.

It will offer an array of grilled meats including a selection of steaks and burgers, a range of seafood dishes and pasta.

It comes as part of an extensive hotel refurbishment, which spanned three months and included a substantial investment of over £2.5m in total.

This £2.5m investment included a new state-of-the-art kitchen, representing an investment of more £650K alone.

Dani Hope, director of Lake District Hotels, said: “We are thrilled to unveil the Falls Brasserie, a new Lake District restaurant that embodies the essence of modern style and exceptional dining. This significant investment underscores our commitment to providing unforgettable experiences for our guests, where every aspect exceeds expectations.”

Marcell Cilliers, general manager, added: “The launch of Falls Brasserie marks an exciting chapter in our journey to redefine luxury hospitality in the Lake District. With its stylish new look, innovative menu and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, the restaurant sets a new standard for excellence and I’m sure our guests will love it.”
