Through Oracle’s Mostaqbali learning program, which is offered through Oracle University, the coaching program will teach and advance local individuals. Royal nationals are supported by this free education initiative to acquire the IT skills needed for the most in-demand, digitally advanced positions. The software will also help students increase their chances of finding jobs across RS G’s expanding collection of comfort tourism destinations because Oracle systems are essential to hotels and resorts at RSG sites. By 2030, this ambitious initiative, in partnership with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and Colleges of Excellence, aims to train 10,000 people with specialized skills that are tailored to the changing needs of the tourism industry. These training programs will be crucial in ensuring a robust and skilled workforce to support the Kingdom’s burgeoning tourism sector as RSG continues to develop its flagship destinations, The Red Sea and AMAALA.
