OYO has announced the launch of a new premium short- term rental home offering in the UK, called Belvilla by OYO. The move is in partnership with apartment rental chain, Sojo Stays. Founded in 2019 by James and Stephanie Murphy, it has more than 250 apartments across five UK cities.
Belvilla will offer a curated collection of homes in prime locations across London, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Sheffield and Leeds.
Properties will include “tastefully designed bedrooms, straightforward check-in processes and premium amenities”.
