Pendry to open Mexico City hotel and residences in 2026

Mexico: Luxury hospitality brand Pendry Hotels & Resorts will open a hotel and residences in Mexico City in 2026

Located in the Roma Norte District, Pendry Mexico City broke ground earlier this year and is a joint venture between Grupo TGT, Grupo MRP and Central de Arquitectura.

With interiors by AVROKO, the hotel will feature 114 guest rooms and suites and 20 residences. Amenities include multiple food and beverage concepts, a rooftop pool and sundeck, spa and fitness centre, as well as indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces.

Accommodation at Pendry Residences Mexico City will range from one to three-bedroom apartments. Homeowners will have access to all the amenities and services of the hotel along with resident-only experiences. Ownership includes property management, an optional Pendry rental program, and support from a dedicated residential team.

Michael Fuerstman, co-founder, Pendry Hotels & Resorts, said: “Mexico City is one of the most exciting global destinations that we have long been inspired by. The city has become such an incredible place for culture, food and art, and we look forward to bringing our perspective to the destination.”

Alan J. Fuerstman, founder, chairman and CEO of Montage International, the parent company of Pendry, added: “We are incredibly excited to embark on this project, and to bring Pendry to Mexico City with our partners at Grupo TGT, Grupo MRP and Central de Arquitectura. The vibrancy of Pendry coupled with the premier Roma Norte location of the hotel and residences will bring a highly energised luxury hospitality and residential experience to the city. We look forward to introducing our guests, residential owners, and the community to Pendry.”

Management company Montage International features the ultra-luxury brand Montage Hotels & Resorts, and the luxury hospitality brands Pendry Hotels & Resorts, Montage Residences, and Pendry Residences. The group also manages golf courses and clubs.
