Pokerrito Launches Summer Menu

VANCOUVER — Pokerrito has launched its new summer feature menu. From June 28 to September 29, Pokerrito’s new Korean-inspired bowls, the Kick’n Chick’n and I Sea Food bowl, will be available at all nine Lower Mainland locations in Vancouver.

The two new Korean-inspired spicy summer feature bowls are served with a choice of rice or salad and include:

Kick’n Chick’n: Topped with spicy chicken, romaine lettuce, sweet onions, tamago, jalapenos, crispy onions, and finished with Pokerrito’s new signature Super Spicy Sauce.

I Sea Food: Offers a mix of salmon, albacore tuna, shrimp, and scallops, paired with romaine lettuce, cucumber, sweet onions, tamago, jalapenos, masago, alfalfa, sesame oil, black sesame seeds, and sweet chili sauce.

Since its launch in 2016, Pokerrito has established itself as a go-to spot for Vancouverites looking to satisfy their craving for poke.

“Our innovative Pokerrito — a fusion of poke and burrito — and our poke bowls, which blend fresh poke with unique sauces, have been a staple on our menu since day one,” says Kailyn Chun, Pokerrito’s Marketing director. “With the new Kick’n Chick’n and I Sea Food bowls, we wanted to capture the essence of Korean cuisine while maintaining the fresh approach that Pokerrito is known for. We’re excited to see how our customers respond to these delicious new features.”
