Providence Hotels has recently expanded into Bath by taking over The Kennard Hotel through a lease agreement.
Built in 1794, the Kennard Hotel is located in the heart of Bath and attracts visitors thanks to the city’s storied past.
The hotel is composed of 12 rooms over 5 floors, a garden and a breakfast room.

The lease agreement with The Kennard will preserve the hotel’s legacy while introducing modern enhancements to “elevate the guest experience”.
