The brand’s initial property in Texas and eighth overall, the Sleep Apartment Hotel, has been opened by Metal Co. Sleep Rainey, a resident of Austin, occupies the four floors of Paseo – LV Collective’s 48-story mixed-use growth at 80 Rainey Street, giving visitors access to Paseo’s healthcare amenities, including a pool, resort, and fitness center with exercise studios, as well as a variety of increased site food and beverage concepts. The Rainey Street Historic District’s history and cultural traditions are the enthusiasm for the restaurant’s interior design, which was co-designed by LV Collective, Method Co, and ZZ Driggs. No two pieces of Alex Bodishbaugh’s artwork are exactly the same, but rather a personalized feel created by laying out textures, natural materials, hot tones, and custom artwork. Apartment hotel units at Rootst Rainey have a sophisticated design that instills warmth in the atmosphere of Austin, with crafted details, simple textures, vintage rugs, and natural finishes that evoke both the neighborhood’s Mexican-American heritage and the neighborhood’s architectural character. Each kitchen island is accented by a statement illuminated light, white oak cabinetry, dark matte countertops, and hand-made tiles, resulting in a warm, sensory environment that combines comfort and thoughtful design. Four Hands, an Austin-based company, uses antique furnishings to honor the property’s local craft and sustainability goals, as well as LEED Silver and an Austin Energy Green Building 3-Star score. The 59-key property offers a mix of fully furnished studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartment hotel units that are all designed to be both a home away from home and provide the sophistication and service of a boutique hotel. Each Roost suite comes with a full-size kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the premium in-room coffee program from the company, which includes Capresso grinders and Bonavita coffee makers. ” Roost Rainey is an exciting chapter in our continued national expansion, and we couldn’t think of a better city for our first Texas property,” says Randall Cook, Co-founder and CEO of Method Co.” Our goal with every Roost location is to create a beautifully designed, highly liveable space that feels rooted in its surroundings. We’re excited to welcome guests to a hotel experience that embodies the spirit and energy of Austin, with Paseo and Rainey Street as our backdrop. The opening of Roost Rainey is more than just a hotel debut, according to David Kanne, CEO of LV Collective. It is also a continuation of our vision for what experiential living on Rainey Street can be. With the opening of Roost Rainey, which will join new locations in Washington, D.C., Detroit, and Baltimore, major markets across the nation will experience additional growth in the coming years.
