The Adventure Travel Show returns for its 25th edition

The Adventure Travel Show – the UK’s only consumer exhibition dedicated to adventure travel experiences is back – returning after four years of downtime for its 25th edition on Saturday 11 and
Sunday 12 January 2025. The event will be held at London’s iconic Business Design Centre in Islington. The Adventure Travel Show has been the UK’s leading adventure travel showcase event since the 1990s, presenting visitors with some of the world’s most exciting destinations and a collection of inspiring journeys, high adrenaline activities and off-the-beaten-track experiences.

Taken over by new owners Living Media Events earlier this year the show is to be relaunched – bigger and better than ever – and led by Chris Holman (Event Director) and Dan Holmes (Director). “The Adventure Travel Show has long been a cornerstone event for those passionate about exploring the world’s most extraordinary adventure destinations and there’s been a huge amount of positivity about the show coming back” Dan commented.

Over 100 exhibitors are expected to take part, including Wanderlust Magazine, Absolute Africa, Magnetic North Travel, Cook Islands, Trotting Soles, Water by Nature, Yak Travel, JRNY Magazine and many more.

The show will also have three theatres running: one hosting celebrity speakers, authors and famous explorers; one showcasing destinations as well as giving practical travel advice to visitors; and a theatre focussing wholly on travel to Africa. All theatre rooms will be free to attend for ticket holders. Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to hear from a diverse lineup of renowned travel experts and adventurers including Benedict Allen, Rebecca Lowe – author of Slow Road to Tehran, Kate Rawles, Lise Wortley, Chaz Powell and the Global Convoy team.

“Stand spaces are being snapped up fast and the guest speakers we’re liaising with seem genuinely excited to be appearing at the return of this event” said Chris Holman. “The Adventure Travel Show offers a great opportunity for Tour Operators, Tourism Boards and other organisations in the adventure travel sector to connect directly to their target audience, network with industry experts and build new relationships. So it’s really an event not to be missed.”

The Adventure Travel Show will take place Saturday 11 January, 09:30 – 18:00 to Sunday 12 January, 9:30 – 16:00.
