The second installment of Rosewood Hotel Group’s historical series celebrated the appearance of Rosewood Miyakojima with a multi-sensory hour of discovery on March 18, 2025, as the brand made its ancient debut there. Rosewood Hotel Group had already made its long-awaited entrance to Japan with Rosewood Front Row Tokyo. The event brought together an amazing integration of culture, art, architecture, and cuisine following the success of the company’s Global Cultural Series in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Rinko Kikuchi ( Actor ), Mariko Mori ( Contemporary Artist ), Yoichi Ochiai ( Media Artist ), Sennosuke Kataoka ( Kabuki Actor ), YOON ( Fashion Designer ), YASUHIRO MIHARA ( Fashion Designer ), and Piet Boon ( Designer ), among others, gathered to create an elegant atmosphere for a truly memorable evening. The second Rosewood Front Row event, which embraced the style” Senses in Motion,” brought together the most creative individuals who are shaping the future of comfort experiences in Japan and above. Chef Natsuko Shoji, the great dining vision behind Tokyo’s restaurant été, served a dinner at the event, which was based on Rosewood Miyakojima, the brand’s just-opened Japanese album home. Reuben James, a well-known jazz singer and native musician at Café Carlyle, performed this cooking trip, as well as interactive physical projections from renowned design firm HATO, known for their collaborations with the Serpentine and Somerset House. The party ended with an exclusive validator that included a DJ established by Antonin Courant and a customized drink list by Norihiro Tacamizuma, artistic director of twelv, Tokyo’s cult sake bar. Every component was carefully chosen to represent the fusion of the senses, from the food’s flavors and aromas to the sounds of live music and stunning visual projections. Hugo Belloy, the Founder of Dreams and Dreams, co-curated the event. This multisensory approach embodied Rosewood’s A Sense of Place philosophy, giving visitors an inspiring glimpse of the brand’s changing philosophy of luxury experiences. With the recent opening of Rosewood Miyakojima, Rosewood Miyakojima’s commitment to shaping the future of Japan’s hospitality industry was also highlighted. &# 13,
