Dusit International is signing a resort management arrangement for Dusit Greenhills Manila, which is scheduled to open in 2026, to continue its rise in the Philippines. The resort will provide San Juan City’s tallest building with Thai-inspired kindness. By the end of 2026, Dusit International and Primex Realty Corporation have signed an agreement to manage the approaching Dusit Greenhills Manila, a new motel set to open in San Juan City, Metro Manila. The new location will be a part of the 50-store mixed-use growth Primex Tower, which is located just 45 days from Manila International Airport. The resort will have 200 guest rooms and a wide range of world-class amenities on the top 10 floors of the building. The building is expected to be the area’s tallest building. Dusit Greenhills Manila visitors will have access to a number of features, including an award-winning Thai eatery, a top table with city opinions, a balcony swimming pool, and a gymnasium. The hotel will also have a room and fully equipped meeting rooms, making it the ideal environment for business and social activities. Also, the hotel’s location makes it convenient to access San Juan’s leading shopping and dining destination, Greenhills Mall. Dusit International’s CEO, Gilles Cretallaz, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement with Primex Realty Corporation. With nine more attributes planned to open in the country over the next five years, this new opportunity underscores Dusit’s position as Thailand’s second-largest business.
