UK: The Newman located in Fitzrovia, London, is set to open in winter 2024 as the debut property from hotel management company Kinsfolk & Co.
The Newman, located on Newman Street in Fitzrovia, has been designed by Pernille Lind and Richy Almond of Lind + Almond.
It will feature 81 rooms, suites and apartments. The rooftop floor offers a signature suite with a private terrace and when booked as a whole, provides exclusive use of the floor and its four-bedroom suite.
Other amenities include a European brasserie seating 120 customers, a lower ground cocktail bar and two private event and dining rooms, as well as a spa occupying one floor of the building. Features include hot and cold experience cabins, an active salt therapy room, a hydrotherapy pool, in addition to treatment rooms, a meditation studio and a gym.

Kinsfolk & Co launched in May this year with a team of five and is headquartered in London.
