The Old White Lion, a historic 18th-century coaching inn located in Haworth, is up for sale at £950,000 through Colliers. It features 14 bedrooms, a 120-cover event space, two owner/manager flats, reception area, bar, residents’ lounge, commercial kitchen, and parking. Owned by the Bradford family for 40 years, the property has a consistent customer base due to local tourist attractions like the Bronte Parsonage Museum. Colliers’ Robert Smithson highlights the potential to rework the space for more accommodation or enhance the food and beverage offerings.

Luxury Lodges is upgrading its resorts this summer, including adding The Studio for beauty treatments at Milk Wood Spa, Dylan Coastal Resort. The resort is also enhancing its food and beverage service with new outdoor dining options. Additionally, Clowance in South Cornwall now offers new dog-friendly lodges accommodating up to eight guests with private hot tubs. Jack Hurley, Luxury Lodges’ commercial director, emphasises the importance of catering to large groups and multi-generational families, who often book multiple lodges for family getaways.
