Trenitalia is the new owner of Italia Loyalty Spa, the Alitalia company under extraordinary administration, which owns MilleMiglia, now called MyMiglia, the loyalty program to which more than 6.2 million passengers were enrolled.
A port that is also a real asset of customers and contacts that passes to the railway carrier with an operation carried out by the Extraordinary Commissioners called to identify the possible buyers of what was considered one of the few profitable items of the national airline.
The new name of MilleMiglia, or MyMiglia, had become necessary following the sale for 90 million euros of Alitalia’s brands and licenses to Italia Trasporto Aereo Spa, owned by the Ministry of Economy.
