Hospitality operator, Bob W, has announced its sixth London aparthotel opening near St Paul’s Cathedral, which will be welcoming guests from early spring.
Bob W St Paul’s, which is situated within both a 20th-Century building on Watling Street and a Neo-Georgian building on Groveland Court, is the latest addition to a portfolio that includes aparthotels in Tower Hill, the Tower of London, Commercial Street, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park.
The launch follows a recent €40m (£34m) funding round, as the company looks to further expand its presence.
The aparthotel features an assortment of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, all equipped with custom technology and amenities.
Bob W aims to offer guests a “hotel-quality” experience that is enhanced by its digital front desk and app, which enables easy self-service check-in and check-out, supported by 24/7 remote customer service.
Niko Karstikko, co-founder and CEO of Bob W, said: “The launch of this property not only solidifies our position as leaders in the tech-driven, immersive hospitality sector but also underscores our commitment to strategic urban expansion.
“Our emphasis on incorporating custom technology, local design, and eco-friendly practices into each property reflects our mission to revolutionise hospitality for today’s travellers.”
He added: “Our growth, backed by our investors and the trust of our guests, fuels our ambition to become Europe’s most beloved hospitality brand. By offering a smarter, sustainable alternative to traditional accommodation, we’re not just expanding our portfolio, we’re also contributing to the evolution of the hospitality industry.”
