Dubai opens” The Crew Zone” in Dubai.

  A fresh Crew Zone has been established in the Emirates Group Headquarters, Dubai, as the company continues to look for applicants for its social of world-class room staff. The Crew Zone is a private room for staff, with an open-plan, modern design that is accessible on a 24/7 schedule. It includes everything from technical support to education workshops to a beauty and wellness hub, an engaging lounge area, and many other support services specifically designed for cabin crew. The Emirates ‘ team has a welcoming place to grab a latte and a snack while finalising inflight reports, seek advice from stakeholders and coworkers, attend workshops on both professional and personal topics, consult at the Beauty Hub, gather documents and devices, or sleep and recharge with colleagues. The revolutionary and innovative crew engagement area has been in development for nine months. The spacious area, which has seven different zones and services, can hold up to 200 workers at once, and is located on the Ground Floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai. The dedicated zone promotes professional growth for valued crew members and promotes a sense of community between the crew and other departments, underlining Emirates ‘ commitment to employee wellbeing and development. Emirates Crew Engagement Zone: Take the Tour This open-plan, multifunctional area is dedicated to connecting crew with Emirates ‘ most recent initiatives, product launches, in-person trainings, and workshops. Scheduled events that crew members can reserve to attend using their phones are displayed on interactive screens and real-time calendars. There are many activities to choose from, from new menu launches and new service standards to health and fitness workshops, empowering cabin crew to take charge of their own learning journey. This area serves as a meeting place for workshops on safety, security, and medical training as well as visits to other Emirates facilities like Emirates Flight Catering and Bustanica. Emirates One Device Hub – This space, which is available 24/7 to help with questions regarding Emirates One Device, provides a seamless technological experience to the aircraft crew. Emirates Cabin Crew are given an iPhone or iPad Air with custom Emirates apps to improve and streamline passenger service onboard, as well as enhance the overall crew experience, thanks to the One Device program’s commitment to simplifying work processes through innovation. Staff at the One Device Hub can assist the crew in setting up their device and troubleshooting any issues. Emirates Crew Lounge – The Crew Lounge has been designed with the goal of providing comfortable lounge chairs and tables. Here, the crew can take a moment to recharge, have coffee, finish their flight reports upon landing, or catch up with coworkers. Emirates Facilities Distribution Service – Facilities Distribution Service is a one-stop shop for dropping off and picking up new equipment, including visas and regulatory documents. Every interaction is smooth, well-organized, and crew focused thanks to the sleek counters ‘ efficiency and ease of access. Emirates Crew Computer Zone – The Crew Computer Zone has a zone with brand-new monitors, high-speed internet, and comfortable, individual workstations that are designed to support the crew’s digital needs, from booking personal flights to printing documents and finishing tasks. Emirates Crew Connect Services – Emirates offers the cabin crew a customer-focused experience and operational support at the Crew Connect Services division. The team is operational on a 24/7 basis, allowing the crew community to ask questions and requests in person, over the phone or via email. Emirates Beauty Hub: The Emirates Beauty Hub was first introduced in 2023 and now belongs to the Crew Zone. The cabin crew can book personalised appointments to learn about make-up application, nutrition, fitness, skincare, haircare tips, or take the complimentary group events and masterclass series. It is open 5 days a week and offers an immersive experience with an in-house team of consultants and products for sale.
