Coventry’s Telegraph Hotel has unveiled its new F&B offering ahead of its third anniversary, investing in a new breakfast and buffet area in its Forme and Chase restaurant. It has also added new seating and “enhanced the look and feel of the restaurant”.
The new seasonal menu, which will be available from 8 March onwards, sees a wide variety of dishes added to the offering.
A series of new starters, including Devon Crab andConfit Chicken Cannoli, are available alongside the Market Soup of the Day, while a Spring Salad and a Chicken Caesar Salad have also been added to the menu. Fillet of Haddock, Lamb Rump, Orzo and Butternut Squash have also been added as new main courses.
In addition, a 10oz Black Angus Sirloin Steak and Chicken Yakitori are new to the Forme and Chase grill while the head chef has also recreated some classic desserts, including Banoffee Meringue Pie, Carrot Cake, as well as a cheeseboard.
