The Biltmore Mayfair has announced it will take full ownership of management internally and will operate independently from 1 May 2024.
The direction is following the managements’ team strategy to elevate The Biltmore hotel brand and expand The Biltmore brand proposition after five successful years of operation.
The hotel has enjoyed a productive partnership with Hilton and was the first European hotel to open under the Hilton LXR Hotels and Resorts brand category.
Since opening in 2019, features Signature Suites, a spacious ballroom and meeting rooms, a gym, two restaurants, including all day dining brasserie Café Biltmore and intimate steak house Grill 88 and its iconic hotel bar, The Pine Bar, will continue to operate as a five-star establishment under the direction of managing director, Vella Ramasawmy.
Additionally, this summer will see the launch of a terrace activation at Café Biltmore with renowned champagne house Veuve Clicquot.
Ramasawmy said: “I am very pleased to be directing The Biltmore Mayfair through this exciting transition, my priority is to ensure a seamless handover internally and externally, and for the hotel to continue offering exceptional experiences and the best service to all guests.
“I have no doubt my experienced team will ensure a bright future for the impeccable hotel. We would like to express our gratitude to Hilton for its partnership. This decision was made with careful consideration and with the goal of enhancing the guest experience and maintaining our position as one of London’s top luxury hotels.”
